Carol Bowen is an experienced and responsive health care partner whose clients value her knowledge and practical approach to help them achieve their business goals within the complex health law framework. She represents health care providers, private equity and institutional investors and lenders, and other companies in the health care industry for both transactional and regulatory matters. Carol represents a broad range of health care providers and other stakeholders in the health care industry. Her provider clients include health care systems, large medical groups, ambulatory surgery centers, behavioral health providers, and other service providers for both transactions and regulatory compliance, and operational matters. Her experience includes both in house and outside general counsel positions. Her work includes joint ventures among large physician groups, hospitals, and other sophisticated health care providers, acquisitions, divestitures and financings, and regulatory compliance. Carol uses both her transactional and regulatory compliance background to advise her clients on structuring strategic alignments between providers and others.
