Bradley Snead is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. As a Texas civil appeals attorney, he has handled all types of appellate matters, including interlocutory appeals and petitions for writ of mandamus, in the intermediate state appellate courts and the Texas Supreme Court. Additionally, Mr. Snead has significant experience in state trial courts, from handling pre-trial motion practice to the jury charge. His practice primarily involves large commercial, personal injury, and construction litigation. Mr. Snead is a member of the Appellate and Construction Law sections of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the South Asian Bar Association, the American Constitution Society, and is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. He graduated cum laude with a B.A. in International Studies from Texas A&M University before attending the University of Texas School of Law, where he graduated with honors in 2006. Mr. Snead is licensed to practice in Texas, as well as before the United States district courts for the Eastern and Southern districts of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
