About Benjamin
Benjamin S. (”Benji“) Waxman, joined the Firm's appellate practice as a partner in 2017. In his 33-year career, he has handled a multitude of federal and state appeals and post-conviction remedies, as well as trial court motion practice and developing legal strategy in defending criminal cases. He has also evaluated immigration consequences of criminal convictions, and he has lectured around the state on how to vacate these convictions. He has been certified as a Criminal Appellate Specialist by the Florida Bar since 1990.
