About Andrea
Andrea Fair is a Texas attorney focused on intellectual property litigation and trial strategy. Known for her narrative-driven courtroom approach, she develops compelling case presentations through witness examination, motion practice, and jury advocacy. After practicing at a major Houston law firm, she continued her litigation work in Longview, representing clients in complex disputes. Since then, Ms. Fair has continued to expand her courtroom experience, serving as lead trial counsel, participating in jury selection, examining and cross-examining fact and expert witnesses, as well as handling oral argument on pretrial, discovery, and other motions. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Ms. Fair holds degrees in Economics and Spanish Teaching. Ms. Fair earned her law degree with High Honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 2011, where she was honored as a member of the Order of Barristers, a member of the Order of the Coif, and a 2011 Chancellor. She is licensed to practice in the State of Texas, the United States district courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western districts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
