Mr. Weiss has represented trustees in recovering assets from debtors, creditors, and transferees. He has worked with real estate developments, resorts, manufacturing facilities, retail establishments, restaurants, shipyards, sports franchises, hotels, motels, trucking companies, professional associations, and governmental entities.
